Stress Management at Work




Work related stress has becoming a constant problem and can be a contributory factor to work related injuries. Supervisors are strongly advised to complete the Stress Management at Work training program, designed and developed by RSTO.

At the end of course you will be able to:

  • Recognise stress and its impact
  • Understand thephysiological effect of stress
  • Understand the need of positive communication skills
  • Understand the ‘duty of care’ responsibilities for supervisors
