Working at Height




This is training course designed and developed by RSTO for those working at height. This program is designed according to the requirements of the participants. It can be tailored for basic learning, where basic knowledge, legal requirements and best practice skills are taught. The course can be tailored for advanced circumstances with complete practical training and the use of fall protection equipment.

The course prerequisites include physical fitness and valid first aid certification.

At the end of course you will be able to:

  • Understand the effects of gravity and its consequences
  • Understand the laws and regulations which apply to working at height
  • Understand the rescue plan
  • Follow a safe system of working
  • Know how to inspect and maintain your safety gear


Become a Working at Height Trainer:

To teach such a course, prior knowledge and skills as to working at height may be required. Proof of such knowledge can be submited during registration. RSTO has developed a program which covers the needs of any person working at height.
